Why do I need to connect with my Fitbit account?
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially. Before we can access your data from the companion app, we need to ask for your permission. We only use the information in order to guarantee a poper working TrainingWeek application. Nothing more.
How can I purchase the app?
We use K-pay to handle all the purchases. After the trial period you’ll be prompted for a small donation. After tapping on the button you’ll receive a 5 digit code on your screen. Go to K-pay and follow the instructions. You’ll be able to use the premium features as soon as the purchase is completed.
I reinstalled the app and I was asked to pay again.
Fitbit does not automatically recognize that you have paid for the TrainingWeek app. However you can always restore a purchase by going to K-pay. You just need to enter the 5 digit code that is displayed on your watch and the email address you previously purchased the TrainingWeek app with.
Do I get a refund?
It's possible to create a PayPal dispute or contact K-pay. We recommend contacting K-pay for a refund. We issue refunds within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
